INTRODUCTION | |||
Nowadays, with actual parturition cages, we realise there's excess number
of lambs and not enough space for them. These new cages we are now presenting,
are designed for taking advantage of the maximum space, taking up less space
as possible with nine compartments of 3,5 m. of diameter each one. |

Its finality is keeping the mother with its baby sheeps for some days to know themselves and sukling them. Also, we avoid the baby sheeps are a problem, because first days are crucial for their survival. | |||

MODULE ASSEMBLY | |||
|
The main part has nine posts beside, where we must insert the separating
barriers. Once we have built the structure, this new anchoring system give
us a perfect stability. In addition to this, the fast assembly and disassembly
let us move the cage easily, avoiding possible infections during parturition
time. |

DOOR OPENING | |||
|
We can open or close
the cage
with
a single hand, what makes possible handling the cattle at
the same time. The cage is also easily opened with the help of a tilting
hook that makes the door impossible for the cattle to open. |

FEEDING TROUGH AND DRINKING TROUGH | |||
|
In the middle we can find the hopper, and under it, there's the
drinking
trough, with a buoy for the automatic filling and a a faucet
of water-drainage for its cleaning. |

THE CONDEMNATION | |||
|
In the hopper, there's a trap for
condemnating
the sheeps and making easy the
sukling (in the case the baby
sheep would be repudied). This system allows an easier milking or even the
artificial insemination sponge placement. |
